Before the Move

In March of 2010 members of the museum staff were invited to take a closer look at the house on the original Stuhr property.

Moving on the Grounds

December 2012, the foundation is ready and the house is moved onto the museum grounds.

Exterior Demolition

Fall 2013 Removal of the exterior vinyl siding begins.

Interior Demolition

February 2014 Removal of all things modern begins.
